Raffle Terms & Conditions

4% cash back with Danat Mastercard

Cardholder gets 2% cash back at Lulu Hypermarket Bahrain, CrediMax-only outlets, Lulu online shopping site, and  LuLu mobile application transactions within CrediMax payment gateways, and 1% on overseas spends on the Danat Card. No cash back will be given on cash withdrawals. The maximum amount of cashback will depend on the card limit. Cash back amounts will be credited to the Card Account statement on a monthly basis. The Company reserves the right to change the cash back percentage from time to time at its sole discretion. The Company shall notify the principal Cardholder with respect to any amendment through the monthly statements (as per the address provided to CrediMax) or any other media channel.

BD 30 Cashback with Danat MasterCard

• Campaign Duration: From 23rd February 2025 till 31st March, 2025
• Eligible Cards: New MasterCard “Danat” Credit Cards.
• Eligible customers: All customers except the existing MasterCard “Danat” cardholder at 31/01/2025
• The company will award a BHD 30 Cashback amount for every eligible customer getting a new MasterCard “Danat” during the Promotion Period
• The Cash Back Amount will be credited to the new credit card balance, and it cannot be transferred to the Customer’s account or to another card. It can only be used through the new credit card only
• Customers who obtain credit cards during the promotion must either retain their new credit card for at least 6 months or use at least 50% of their credit limit or BHD 150, whichever is lower, to avoid forfeiture of the cashback amount.
• Not Applicable on VISA, Corporate and Prepaid Cards.
• Each eligible credit card holder can win only once.
• The company reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time as per the company’s sole discretion by giving a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Any amendments to the terms and conditions will be notified to the customer as deemed appropriate by the company in line with the CBB guidelines
• These Terms and Conditions are made in both Arabic and English languages; the Arabic text shall prevail in case of any discrepancy with the English text.
• The company’s Staff Members, Board of Directors, and the Sharia Supervisory Board are excluded from this offer.
• The company has the right to use the customer’s name and image across various media channels in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law

MasterCard International Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. For BD 300 net accumulated International spend ( POS/ e-commerce ) during the campaign period, the cardholder will be eligible for 5,000 Thameen points
2. The definition of International spend is an amount in a currency other than BHD
3. The campaign will run from 1^st February 2025 till 31^st March 2025
4. All Purchase and Cash withdrawal transactions billed during the campaign period are included in the calculation
5. All CrediMax Mastercard World Elite, World, Platinum, Danat and Cardy cards are included in the campaign.
6. Danat and Cardy Prepaid cardholders will be credited a cashback equivalent to 5,000 Thameen points
7. All Corporate cards are excluded from the campaign
8. All fees and charges including but not limited to the late payment, administration fees and over limit fees in addition to fraudulent and disputed transactions and transactions reversed by the provider of the goods and/or services are excluded from the calculation
9. Main cardholder and supplementary cardholder transactions are counted
10. All active card accounts and not exceeding 30 days past due will be included in the campaign. Cancelled & in-active card accounts will be excluded. Eligible customer(s) should pay any past due amount before being credited the Thameen Loyalty points.
11. The Thameen prize is non – transferable and cannot be changed. It will be credited to the Thameen Loyalty account/card account 15 days after the campaign end date. 
12. CrediMax reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, the frequency of the campaign, the prize and the prizes eligibility structure any time at its absolute discretion.
13. CrediMax will keep the cardholders informed in writing and through the website/SMS prior to the change take place.

2025 campaign Terms & Conditions

The campaign will be as follow:

For Grand Prize campaign draw- Q2 & Q4

• Every BD 3000 accumulated semiannually spent locally = 1 raffle entry.
• Every BD 3000 accumulated semiannually spent internationally = 5 raffle entries.

For Cash campaign draw:

• Every BD 250 accumulated quarterly spent locally = 1 raffle entry.
• Every BD 250 accumulated quarterly spent internationally = 5 raffle entries.

For Salary campaign draw:

• Every BD 1000 accumulated quarterly spent locally = 1 raffle entry.
• Every BD 1000 accumulated quarterly spent internationally = 5 raffle entries

For Revolver’s draw:

• Revolvers will enter the draw to win back interest capped at BD 1000 during the year.

2. Prizes:

• 1 x $ 15,000 salary each quarter
• 10 x $ 1,000 each quarter
• 10 x BD 1,000 monthly interest back for revolvers
• 1 grand prize (semi-annually) Q2 = ES 350 in June

3. The Campaign will run from 1^st January 2025 till 28^th June 2025.
4. All CrediMax Visa, Mastercard, JCB Credit and Pre-paid cards are included in the raffle.
5. Non-reloadable prepaid Gift cards are excluded.
6. All Corporate credit and Corporate Pre-paid cards are excluded from the raffle
7. All CrediMax BBK co-branded credit cards are exclude from the raffle
8. Cash back amounts will be posted to the Principal Cardholder Card accounts within 15 days of the raffle draw date.
9. The accumulated net Annual interest charged on all credit card accounts will be computed will be reversed and credited back to the Principal Cardholder Card account(s) within 15 days of the raffle draw date.
10. Winners of the yearly salary prize will be credited a monthly salary of USD 1250 equivalent to BHD 471.250 to the Principal Cardholder Card account(s) for 12 months.
11. Terminal of the relationship with CrediMax will result in client forfeiting the remaining monthly salaries.
12. Purchase & Cash withdrawals are included in the raffle.
13. All fees and charges including but not limited to late payment, administration fees and over limit fees are excluded from the calculation.
14. Main cardholder and supplementary cardholder transactions are counted and included in the raffle draw.
15. All active card accounts not exceeding 30 days past due will be included in the raffle. in the draw. Winning customer should pay any past due amount before collecting the prize. Cancelled card accounts will be excluded from the raffle.
16. All winner’s names will be announced for the public in the local newspapers/ or social media channels or in similar means of media. Winners will be notified and will have to sign an acknowledgement form for his/her prize.
17. If the winning prize was not claimed by the winners within 6 months, the prize will be handed over to Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
18. CrediMax rewards the winner with the prize only and the winner must take care of any additional fees (such as car registration, insurance, others) that maybe required receiving his/her prize if any.
19. The car prize is non – transferable and cannot be changed. Color based on availability. It must be collected in person within 6 months from the winning date. If the prize is not received, the award will be transferred to the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
20. CrediMax staff, board members and BBK board members, BBK Senior Executive Managers, Approved Persons (Controlled Functions) and Internal & external auditors are not eligible for the draws and therefore not entitled to receive the prizes.
21. Each raffle draw is independent of other quarterly draws. Therefore, a winning cardholder in one draw can be eligible for subsequent quarterly draw.
22. All raffle draws will be conducted by CrediMax and held under the supervision of the internal auditors and the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
23. CrediMax reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, the frequency of the draw, the prizes and the prizes eligibility structure any time at its absolute discretion after the approval of Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
24. CrediMax will keep the cardholders informed in writing and through the website/SMS prior to the change take place.

2024 CrediMax 25^th Anniversary International Spend Cashback Campaign Terms and Conditions:

• The offer is applicable on all new Card applications submitted and approved from25^th November 2024 till 25^th January 2025 i.e. the campaign period.
• All approved Cards will be subject to CrediMax’s Cards Terms and Conditions
• For every accumulated international spend of $100/- on the new cards billed during the campaign period, the cardholder will get one chance to enter the raffle draw
• Prizes are: 25 winners– each $1,000. Total of $25,000
• All fees and charges including but not limited to the late payment, administration fees and over limit fees in addition to fraudulent and disputed transactions and transactions reversed by the provider of the goods and/or services are excluded from the calculation
• All active cards will be included up to grade one which will be up to 30 days aging. Cancelled, closed cards will be excluded accordingly. Subject to the customer pays his due before collecting the prize.

• The campaign will be on quarterly bases as follow:

 Cash Draw:

 Ladies Draw:

    Regular Payers Draw:

• Cardholders are eligible to win back totally monthly interest up to BD 250 x 20 winners each quarter

Semi-Annual Draw:

• For every accumulated BD 3000 internationally from 1st January to 28^th June 2024 = 3 raffle entry
