Terms & Conditions:  

  • This campaign is valid from 15 October 2026 to 15 January 2027 (both dates inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”)
  • To be eligible, cardholders must spend minimum BHD 400 or equivalent in any foreign currency on international merchants, whether abroad or online, on their Eligible Mastercard card during the Campaign Period
  • Only international (cross-border) transactions will be counted towards qualifying spend. Domestic transactions, cash advances, cash withdrawals, balance transfers, fees, charges, and any transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded or disputed will not be counted
  • Qualifying spend is aggregated per Eligible Mastercard card across all qualifying transactions made during the Campaign Period
  • The top spenders for each bank during the Campaign Period will receive an iPhone 18 Pro. Winners will be determined based on the highest cumulative qualifying international spend. In the event of a tie, the cardholder who reached the qualifying spend earlier will be ranked higher
  • Winners will be notified by their respective issuing banks after the end of the Campaign Period. Proof of identity may be required before the prize is fulfilled
  • The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded and is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item
  • The prize is subject to availability. Mastercard reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value
  • Any taxes, duties, customs charges or other costs arising in connection with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
  • This promotion is organized and administered by Mastercard. Participating issuers are the promoters and are responsible for winner selection, fulfilment of prizes, and administration of the promotion
  • Mastercard does not make any representations or warranties regarding the iPhone 18 Pro or any goods or services purchased using an Eligible Mastercard card during the Campaign Period
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastercard shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage arising in connection with participation in this promotion, fulfilment of the prize, or any acts or omissions of the prize supplier or manufacturer
  • Mastercard reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw these terms and conditions or the campaign at any time without prior notice
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain
  • Winners acknowledge that any personal data submitted during the prize fulfilment process might be shared with a third-party service provider appointed to deliver the prize. All personal data provided by participants is handled by the Issuer and its designated service provider in accordance with their respective privacy policies

 

Prize Conditions (iPhone 18 Pro)

  • The model, colour and storage variant of the iPhone 18 Pro are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the promoter
  • The prize includes the device and its standard in-box accessories only. Mobile plans, SIM cards, data, insurance, extended warranty and any other accessories are not included
  • Any warranty, servicing or after-sales support for the device is provided solely by the manufacturer or its authorised service partners
  • Winners must claim and collect the prize within the timeframe communicated in the winner notification, failing which the prize will be forfeited
  • The prize is non-refundable upon fulfilment, unless otherwise noted, and may not be resold or offered for commercial gain
  • Delivery or collection of the prize is limited to the Kingdom of Bahrain
  • The device manufacturer is not a sponsor of, and is in no way associated with, this promotion

  • All winner’s name will be announced for the public in the local newspapers/ or social media channels or in similar means of media. Winners will be notified and will have to sign an acknowledgement form for his/her prize.
  • If the winning prize was not claimed by the winners within 6 months, the prize will be handed over to Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
  • CrediMax rewards the winner with the prize only and the winner must take care of any additional fees (such as car registration, insurance, others) that maybe required receiving his/her prize if any.
  • The car prize is non – transferable and cannot be changed. Color based on availability. It must be collected in person within 6 months from the winning date. If the prize is not received, the award will be transferred to the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
  • CrediMax staff, board members and BBK board members, BBK Senior Executive Managers, Approved Persons (Controlled Functions) and Internal & external auditors are not eligible for the draws and therefore not entitled to receive the prizes.
  • Each raffle draw is independent of other quarterly draws. Therefore, a winning cardholder in one draw can be eligible for subsequent quarterly draw.
  • All raffle draws will be conducted by CrediMax and held under the supervision of the internal auditors and the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
  • CrediMax reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, the frequency of the draw, the prizes and the prizes eligibility structure any time at its absolute discretion after the approval of Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
  • CrediMax will keep the cardholders informed in writing and through the website/SMS prior to the change take place.
