Q1: What is CrediMax MaxWallet?

A1: CrediMax MaxWallet is a virtual wallet application stored in your mobile device allowing customers to pay for their purchases using their mobile device without presenting their physical credit cards.

Q2: What is the purpose of MaxWallet mobile wallet?

A2: A mobile wallet is a way to carry your credit card information in a digital form on your mobile device. Instead of using your physical plastic card to make purchases, you can pay with your smartphone using QR code.

Q3: Is MaxWallet application free?

A3: Yes. You can download the application from Google Play Store/ Apple store for free. Search for “CrediMax” or “MaxWallet” and you can install the application.

Q4: Where can I use MaxWallet?

A4: We have a wide range of Merchants accepting the MaxWallet. Please note the below link containing the full merchant list which is updated on a regular basis:

Use anywhere where you can view the Pay with Masterpass button. You can easily shop locally and globally.

Q5: Are there any fees associated with MaxWallet transactions?

A5: No, however a test transaction for BD 0.100 will be made to verify your registration which will be reversed once completed.

Q6: Will I be able to see my transaction history?

A6: Yes. You can view your last 23 approved transactions in the transaction history section. Alternatively, you can view your entire transactions on CrediMax Mobile App.

Q7: Who can use MaxWallet?

A7: All CrediMax Cardholders with valid Visa or Mastercard credit cards and BBK customers. 

Q8: Can I use MaxWallet outside Bahrain?

A8: Yes, CrediMax is accepted word wide and you can use your MaxWallet in all shops that offer the same services.

Q9: How many cards can I add to my MaxWallet?

A9: You can add all your valid CrediMax cards to your MaxWallet except for our Visa Prepaid Cards (Gift Cards)

Q10: Can my Supplementary use MaxWallet?

A10: Yes. Supplementary cardholders can also install MaxWallet and after registration, he/she can use it normally

Q12: How can I delete my MaxWallet Account?

A12: To request the deletion of your MaxWallet account, please send an email to credimax@credimax.com.bh requesting for your MaxWallet account to be deleted and include your CPR number, phone number, and email address.
