Terms & Conditions

1. The campaign will be as follow:

• Every BD 100 accumulated local spend = 1 raffle entry.
• Every BD 100 accumulated International spend = 3 raffle entries.

2. The prize is a package to attend the Olympics held in Parsi- France from 28^th July till 1^st August 2024.
3. The prize package includes:

• 3- night Hotel accommodation at The Paris Central hotel for 2 people
• Visa Prepaid Product $300
• Visa Everywhere Lounge at hotel
• Airport/Train Station Transfers in Paris (via Motorcoach)
• Daily breakfast and light snacks at hotel
• Paris Metro card for transfer to/from Olympic Events
• Visa event, medical, and security support staff
• Diving & Gymnastics events

4. Campaign will run from 1^st May till 31^st May 2024
5. All CrediMax Visa cards are included in the raffle.
6. Non-reloadable prepaid Gift cards are excluded.
7. All Corporate are excluded from the raffle
8. All CrediMax BBK co-branded credit cards are exclude from the raffle
9. Purchase & Cash withdrawals are included in the raffle.
10. All fees and charges including but not limited to late payment, administration fees and over limit fees are excluded from the calculation.
11. Main cardholder and supplementary cardholder transactions are counted and included in the raffle draw.
12. All active card accounts not exceeding 30 days past due will be included in the raffle. in the draw. The winning customer should pay any past due amount before collecting the prize. Cancelled card accounts will be excluded from the raffle.
13. All winner’s names will be announced for the public in the local newspapers/ or social media channels or in similar means of media. Winners will be notified and will have to sign an acknowledgement form for his/her prize.
14. CrediMax rewards the winner with the package prize only and the winner must take care of any additional fees or documentations (such as Schengen visa application, travel or medical insurance, travels costs, others) that maybe required receiving his/her prize if any.
15. CrediMax will not be responsible for Schengen visa application or approval.
16. CrediMax will credit the winner with the amount of BD 1000 only to cover the flight ticket expenses for 2 people. The amount will be credited into the card account. CrediMax will not be responsible for booking the travel tickets.
17. The package prize is non – transferable and cannot be changed. It must be collected in person within 6 months from the winning date. If the prize is not received, the award will be transferred to the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
18. CrediMax staff, board members and BBK board members, BBK Senior Executive Managers, Approved Persons (Controlled Functions) and Internal auditors are not eligible for the draws and therefore not entitled to receive the prizes.
19. Each raffle draw is independent of other draws. Therefore, a winning cardholder in one draw can be eligible for subsequent draw.
20. All raffle draws will be conducted by CrediMax and held under the supervision of the internal auditors and the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
21. CrediMax reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, the frequency of the draw, the prizes and the prizes eligibility structure any time at its absolute discretion after the approval of Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
22. CrediMax will keep the cardholders informed in writing and through the website/SMS prior to the change take place.
23. CrediMax has the right to use the customer name and picture in different media channels
