Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer is applicable on all new student Visa Credit Card applications submitted and approved from 4^th June till 30th November, 2024 i.e. the campaign period.
2. All approved Credit Cards will be subject to CrediMax’s Cards Terms and Conditions
3. For an accumulated spend of BD 150/- on the new Visa Student Credit cards billed during the campaign period, the cardholder will get one chance to enter the raffle draw
4. Prizes are: 5 x iPhone 15 Pro Max, 5 x iPads 10^th Generation, 5 x Apples watches Series 9 and 5 x Cashback winners of BD 250 each
5. All fees and charges including but not limited to the late payment, administration fees and over limit fees in addition to fraudulent and disputed transactions and transactions reversed by the provider of the goods and/or services are excluded from the calculation
6. All active cards will be included up to grade one which will be up to 30 days aging. Cancelled, closed cards will be excluded accordingly. Subject to the customer pays his due before collecting the prize.
7. Cashback amount will be posted to the Principal Cardholder’s Card Account within 15 days after conducting the raffle draw.  
8. All winner’s name will be announced for the public in the local newspapers/ or social media channels or in similar means of media and CrediMax has the right to use the customer name and picture in different media channels. Winners will be notified and will have to sign an acknowledgement form for his/her prize.
9. The raffle draw will be conducted by CrediMax and held under the supervision of the internal auditors and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Tourism.
10. The raffle draw will be conducted within a period of 30 days after the campaign ends 
11. If the winning prize was not claimed by the winners within 6 months, the prize will be handed over to Ministry of Industry & Commerce and Tourism.
12. CrediMax reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, the frequency of the draw, the prizes and the prizes eligibility structure any time at its absolute discretion after the approval of Ministry of Industry & Commerce and Tourism.
13. CrediMax will keep the cardholders informed in writing and through the website/SMS prior to the change take place.
14. CrediMax staff, CrediMax Board members, BBK Board members and Executive Management are not eligible for the draws and therefore not entitled to receive the prizes.
