1. Verify mail order transactions with CrediMax Authorization before processing

2. Split transactions are not allowed

3. The Card is whole, intact and valid

4. The Card signature stripe is intact and has not been tampered with

5. The Card relates to the holder in terms of name, age, gender and nationality

6. The Card number and signature on the card matches those on the signed slip

7. Cardholder should only enter the PIN when using POS machine

8. Do not use offline feature without first obtaining online authorization code from CrediMax

9. Contact CrediMax if suspicious behavior from customers
